Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting, onboarding & offboarding, through personnel administration, payroll, and reporting, to contract management
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process: from intake meetings with hiring managers through job postings, active sourcing, applicant management and conducting interviews to making hiring decisions together
Continuously maintain the HR system (Personio) and ensure efficient, scalable processes
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters – pragmatic, empathetic and solution-oriented
Ensure HR processes and policies are compliant and aligned with the company culture
Contribute to the development of internal policies and clearly communicate them across the team
Work closely with the Head of Finance, People & Operations to proactively drive HR projects, process optimizations and further developments.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
At least five years of experience in HR, ideally in a generalist role within a dynamic environment
Solid knowledge of HR management and a good understanding of German labor law
Confident user of HRIS systems (preferably Personio)
Experience implementing HR projects and driving process improvements, automation and efficiency gains
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent time-management and organizational abilities
Initial leadership experience is a plus; alternatively, a strong drive to grow into a leadership role
Native-level German and very good English skills (C1).
