As the managing Regional Head, you independently lead the sites entrusted to you and are accountable for their success
You provide both functional and disciplinary leadership to the Logistics Managers and make personnel-related decisions — from recruiting new staff to employee development
You analyze the process landscape using the provided reporting tools and, based on KPIs, derive and implement measures and projects in close collaboration with the Logistics Managers and the Head Office
You are responsible for site development and, together with the Head Office, drive change management on site, for example when introducing new processes, systems and initiatives
Requirements
You have completed vocational training or a degree in logistics and/or business administration and can demonstrate several years of experience in leading and managing sites
You bring extensive leadership experience, ideally having led large teams, and have a strong understanding of personnel decisions as well as employee support and development
You have solid knowledge of budget control, occupational safety and labor law topics
With your excellent process understanding, you are proficient in Lean Management and in working with KPIs and reporting tools to derive and implement measures to achieve targets
A high degree of personal responsibility, assertiveness and flexibility enables you to act decisively in a fast-paced environment
