About this role
Role Overview
Central communication interface: Coordinate exchanges between internal departments and customers
Relationship building & customer retention: Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
Needs analysis & satisfaction: Identify individual customer needs
Proactive customer communication: Keep customers informed about new benefits and developments
Portfolio development & implementation: Continuously expand the benefits offering and implement innovative bonus models
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
Minimum two years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
Strong service and customer orientation
Empathy, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills
Independent, solution-oriented working style
Strong planning and coordination skills
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
