Plan, coordinate, and manage digital marketing projects from initiation through delivery, including campaigns, websites, email, social media, and content production.
Act as the day-to-day client contact, ensuring clear communication, alignment on expectations, and management of feedback and deliverables.
Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, scopes, and resourcing plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Work with cross-functional teams (design, content, development, media, strategy) to brief, align, and monitor progress.
Facilitate internal and client meetings (kick-offs, status updates, reviews, post-mortems), ensuring actions are documented and followed up.
Identify risks and bottlenecks early, resolving or escalating issues to keep projects on track.
Track project metrics and KPIs, reporting performance, results, and budget usage to stakeholders and clients.
Manage multiple projects of varying complexity, maintaining consistency in delivery and quality.
Collaborate with account managers to identify growth opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling services.
Ensure all digital deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and technical specifications before launch.
Requirements

Experience managing projects in a fast-paced production, print, or marketing environment.
