Role Overview
- Define and drive Vestiaire Collective’s global People strategy
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team
- Lead and develop the People leadership team
- Support and empower domain leads
- Ensure strong alignment across all People pillars
- Partner with Business Leadership
- Oversee the global HR operations and payroll framework
- Oversee company’s global talent acquisition strategy
- Ensure workplace practices contribute to a strong employee experience
- Own and evolve key People programs
Requirements
- 12+ years of HR / People experience
- Significant experience (7+ years) in leadership roles
- Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary People teams
- Strong business acumen
- Experience working in international organizations
- Strong organizational design and change management capabilities
- Solid understanding of core HR topics
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Direct, transparent communication style
- Full professional proficiency in English; French is a plus
