Requirements
10+ years of Sales and Marketing Management experience in the Agriculture industry is required
Demonstrated expertise in B2B sales with strong involvement in diverse channels and go-to-market strategies
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
Strong understanding of digitalization of marketing and sales operations and CRM system optimization
Acute business and financial acumen
Prior experience operating within a manufacturing company
Results driven with high personal and team accountability
Strong analytic skills leading to business and strategic insights
Influential communication / negotiation skills
Experience driving results through servant leadership and development of a highly-engaged team
