About this role
Role Overview
- Liaise with different teams to understand business needs and propose the best data modeling solutions;
- Translate business concepts into quantitative metrics (KPIs, OKRs, etc.);
- Model and architect data for analytics purposes following best practices, including data quality and documentation;
- Orchestrate workflows related to data pipelines.
Requirements
- Experience implementing, maintaining, and monitoring data pipelines;
- Advanced SQL;
- Experience with analytical data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema, and Data Vault);
- Knowledge of architectural approaches for analytics (Data Mart, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Mesh, etc.);
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Metabase, Power BI, etc.);
- Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and business stakeholders;
- Lead stakeholder alignments: understand business needs, propose solutions, and validate deliverables;
- Experience orchestrating workflows with Airflow, Luigi, Azkaban, dbt, or Dataform;
- Familiarity with Python, Scala, Java, or Go.
