Lead, coach, and support a team of one to three Senior Accountants, with a focus on professional development, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Manage international statutory audits across multiple global regions.
Assist with international compliance matters, including statutory licensing and ratings requirements.
Support all facets of the company’s tax function, including:
Preparing U.S. corporate income tax support and partnering with external tax providers for annual filings.
Managing the execution of corporate income tax payments related to annual returns, estimated payments, and extensions.
Coordinating and resolving corporate income tax notices and inquiries.
Managing monthly and quarterly VAT compliance activities for the Middle East region.
Supporting state and local tax compliance activities, including sales and use tax, gross receipts, and personal property taxes.
Assisting with international tax matters in partnership with local finance teams and external advisors.
Oversee and support the company’s global transfer pricing policy.
Manage technical accounting for the company’s global lease portfolio, including real estate and equipment leases.
Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, strengthen compliance, and support operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is highly preferred.
6+ years of relevant accounting and tax experience, including at least 2 years of leadership or people management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, are required.
Experience with Deltek Costpoint and/or LeaseCalcs a plus.
Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
