About this role
Role Overview
Actively source new partners (business customers) through cold calling, networking and social media
Focus on decision-makers in the industrial and real estate sector
Clarify partners' needs and advise business customers on renewable energy topics, with emphasis on photovoltaics and battery storage
Prepare profitability/economic feasibility calculations for partners
Implement the go-to-market (GTM) strategy in close coordination with executive management
Use and further develop the CRM system for documentation and reporting
Requirements
Experience in the renewable energy sector
Background in the energy industry or a technical discipline
Proven sales success in commercial & industrial (C&I) project business
Confident and persuasive presence
Experience presenting at C-level
Excellent communication skills
Native German speaker – additional languages, especially Swiss German, French or English, are an advantage
Highly motivated to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
