Role Overview
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to U.S.-based businesses
- Engage decision-makers in professional business conversations
- Identify qualified shipping and logistics opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
- Use sales tools including Pipedrive CRM and PhoneBurner dialer
- Meet and exceed daily KPIs and outbound activity expectations
- Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to improve outreach performance
- Follow structured outreach scripts and sales processes while adapting naturally to conversations
Daily KPIs & Performance Expectations
- Minimum 300 outbound dials per day
- Approximately 60 live conversations daily
- 10 qualified leads identified per day (primary KPI)
Requirements
- Strong English fluency with professional verbal and written communication
- Neutral or easily understandable accent for U.S.-based business conversations
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound sales calls daily
- Ability to confidently engage prospects beyond scripted conversations
- Availability to work U.S. business hours Monday–Friday
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems, email, and sales software
- Strong coachability and willingness to follow proven systems
- Dependable, punctual, and highly disciplined work ethic
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Previous SDR, BDR, telesales, or outbound sales experience
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with platforms like Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Experience selling services or solutions
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Competitive mindset with a history of hitting targets
- Logistics, shipping, or supply chain experience is a plus
