Proven experience in AI automation, workflow optimisation, or systems implementation.
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n, or similar.
Strong understanding of AI tools and practical business applications.
Experience integrating CRMs, project management systems, finance tools, or cloud platforms.
Ability to analyse operational workflows and improve business processes.
