About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and prospective clients.
Conduct regular in-person client visits, ensuring consistent on-site engagement and relationship building.
Proactively identify and capitalize on additional revenue opportunities within the existing customer base through cross-selling and upselling.
Requirements
B2B SaaS sales experience in the NOLA region (based in Ciudad de Mexico).
Strong overall sales expertise.
Proven ability to collaborate, persuade, and negotiate large enterprise deals.
Ability to effectively manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
A true “closer” with a track record of leading complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
Highly self-motivated, with a strong drive for continuous growth and improvement.
Comfortable working with cross-functional and remote teams.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Startup experience is a plus.
