About this role
Role Overview
- Define and deliver an AI Ops network automation strategy aligned to business and customer outcomes
- Identify and implement automation across network provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and analytics
- Build and operate on-prem AI infrastructure, including GPU-enabled environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Deploy and orchestrate agentic AI systems (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
- Embed security best practices across AI pipelines (secrets management, access control, encryption, audit logging)
- Develop automation using Python, Ansible, YAML, and integrating into CI/CD pipelines
- Deliver network orchestration, inventory, telemetry, and NetFlow-based analytics for a carrier-grade environment
- Collaborate closely with software, platform, and network engineering teams globally
Requirements
- 4+ years across the full software development lifecycle in a network technology environment
- Strong Python and automation scripting experience
- Hands-on experience with Ansible and modern CI/CD workflows (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins)
- Solid understanding of container lifecycle management and infrastructure automation
- Strong foundation in routing, switching, network platforms, and inventory systems
- Experience working with telemetry and high-volume network analytics
- Nice to have AI/ML or AI Ops platform experience
- GPU and server infrastructure management
- NetBox customization or similar network inventory platforms
