Design and optimize end‑to‑end Business processes in SAP S4HANA Public Cloud
Lead future configuration, testing and deployment activities for Sales and Service and additional capabilities across Public Cloud release cycles
Provide expert operational support, incident management and root cause analysis
Ensure governance, clean core principles and compliance across the ERP landscape
Collaborate with global stakeholders, SAP and implementation partners to drive adoption and continuous improvement
Requirements
10-12 years of experience in SAP SD or Service Management configuration
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Sales and Service processes, pricing, master data and billing
Proven experience with SAP S4HANA Public Cloud and relevant Sales and Service scope items
Minimum a bachelor’s degree in data, Engineering, Logistic or related fields
Skilled in troubleshooting, testing cycles and analyzing process issues
Experience working in global organizations with cross‑regional stakeholders
Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor
Additional beneficial experience includes SAP BTP and APIs, SAP Fiori apps, Public Cloud release cycles, test automation or regression frameworks, SAP certifications, SAP AI capabilities and awareness of compliance topics such as tax, export control or revenue recognition.
