Strong systems thinking skills with a track record of designing across interconnected workflows.
Experience leading user research and translating insights into product decisions that drive measurable improvements in outcomes and experience quality.
Fluency with modern design tools and a comfort working in iterative, collaborative environments where things move fast and the problems are rarely fully defined.
