Oversee compliance across all Hub activities, including sub-awards and contracts, program implementation and service delivery, and financial and reporting practices.
Ensure adherence to Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200), State of North Carolina requirements, NC ROOTS RFA and program guidelines, and organizational policies and procedures.
Develop and implement a sub-award monitoring framework, including risk assessments of sub-awardees, monitoring plans (e.g., desk reviews, site visits), documentation and reporting requirements.
Maintain comprehensive, organized documentation to support internal audits, state and federal reviews, and financial and programmatic audits.
Identify compliance risks across contracts and procurement, financial management, and program implementation.
Provide compliance training and guidance to internal staff, sub-awardees, and partners.
Requirements
Associate’s degree and three (3) years of experience working in complex, multi-partner or grant-funded environments in compliance, grants management, audit, or regulatory oversight; OR
Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of experience working in complex, multi-partner or grant-funded environments in compliance, grants management, audit, or regulatory oversight; OR
Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must reside in North Carolina.
Preferred: Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Experience in healthcare, public health, or Medicaid programs.
Experience with sub-award monitoring and compliance frameworks.
Experience supporting audits or regulatory reviews.
Familiarity with North Carolina regulatory environment.
