Lead procurement activities for the Regional Hub, including sub-award solicitations (RFAs/RFPs), vendor and partner contracting, and competitive procurement processes.
Draft, review, and manage contracts and sub-award agreements.
Ensure all procurement and contracting activities comply with state and federal requirements (e.g., Uniform Guidance / 2 CFR 200), NC ROOTS program requirements, and organizational policies and procedures.
Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including solicitation and selection, contract execution, amendments and modifications, and closeout.
Identify procurement and contracting risks, including delays in execution, ambiguities in scope or deliverables, and compliance gaps.
Requirements
Associate’s degree and three (3) years of experience in procurement, contracts management, grants management, or a related field, including experience managing complex contracts or sub-awards; OR
Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of experience in procurement, contracts management, grants management, or a related field, including experience managing complex contracts or sub-awards; OR
Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must reside in North Carolina.
