About this role

Own end-to-end processing of assigned EMEA payrolls (monthly), ensuring full compliance with local legislation
Act as a subject matter expert for complex payroll environments (e.g., France, Germany)
Drive scalable, standardized payroll processes across EMEA while maintaining country-specific compliance
Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Accounting, IT, and external vendors
Ensure timely and accurate execution of all statutory filings, tax payments, and year-end reporting requirements

3–5+ years of payroll experience with a focus on EMEA payroll processing and compliance
Strong experience managing complex payrolls (e.g., France, Germany) and navigating country-specific regulations
Experience working across multiple EMEA countries in a multinational environment (required)
Deep understanding of statutory requirements (tax, labor law, social security, pensions, benefits, terminations, transfers)
Experience with Workday Payroll strongly preferred
Experience processing equity transactions (RSUs, stock options, ESPP)
IPASS qualification required
