Role Overview
- Serve as lead analyst for payroll processing across multiple US states, Canadian provinces, and LATAM countries
- Own and review payroll items ensuring accurate processing in Workday
- Act as key point of contact for payroll-related questions
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline payroll processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in payroll and/or accounting
- Workday payroll experience required
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations across US states and Canadian provinces
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence
