About this role
Role Overview
You will participate in the launch of client projects:
Prepare communication kits
Onboard users
Monitor activations on the platform
Present results to clients
You will contribute to running wellbeing challenges and driving daily employee engagement.
Scoping & Configuration: Define challenges and configure them in our tools (Braze, Metabase).
Reporting: Track engagement metrics and present performance summaries to clients.
You will help deploy our services directly on client sites across France.
Organization: Schedule fitness classes, workshops and themed talks.
Logistics: Coordinate instructors and ensure the quality of on-site services.
You will be a primary point of contact for our clients:
Support, recommendations and responses to inquiries
Regular account follow-ups with the team
Collect and share feedback with internal teams
You will also take part in various internal projects to support the growth of the B2B activity:
Manage administrative and cross-functional projects
Structure and improve internal processes
Contribute to the development and monitoring of management tools
Coordinate and follow up on operational topics with internal teams
Provide direct support to Inès in managing the B2B activity
You will work on our client communications:
Write and send monthly B2B newsletters
Create visuals in Figma (emails, graphics, internal materials)
Run A/B tests to improve the impact of communications
Requirements
You are currently studying at a business school, communications program or university (Bachelor’s level
at least 3 years of higher education)
You enjoy client contact, are rigorous, organized and proactive
You are comfortable with digital tools (Google Suite, basic CRM knowledge, emailing tools)
You have an interest in data, analysis and reporting
You enjoy working in a team and thriving in a fast-paced environment
You also appreciate organization, structuring and project management topics
You live in or plan to relocate to Alpes-Maritimes (06)
