Role Overview
- Configure and maintain Workday (Learning, Recruiting, Talent & Performance)
- Manage business processes, notifications, and system enhancements
- Provide Tier 2 support; assist with limited Tier 1 intake and triage
- Troubleshoot end-to-end process issues and drive root-cause fixes
- Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
- Lead/support small projects: requirements, delivery, stakeholder coordination
- Execute testing (regression and user acceptance) and validate changes
Requirements
- Required Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of Workday experience (Learning, Recruiting, or Talent/Performance)
- Hands-on configuration and reporting experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
- Preferred Workday Security (domains, roles, business process security)
- Experience with integrations or third-party tools
