Lead end-to-end data migration efforts for courts-related projects, including planning, execution, validation, and cutover support.
Partner with project stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to define migration strategy, scope, timelines, and success criteria.
Analyze source and target data structures, identify data quality issues, and develop mapping, transformation, and cleansing approaches.
Coordinate and oversee data extraction, loading, reconciliation, and defect resolution activities across multiple workstreams.
Establish the strategy and framework for the maintenance of migration documentation, runbooks, status reporting, and issue tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
Support testing activities, including mock conversions, validation cycles, and production cutover readiness reviews.
Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and successful transition to the new environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education)
Based on our contractual obligations, candidate must be located within the United States and US Citizen.
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST".
10+ years of experience in data migration, data conversion, data integration, or related project leadership roles.
Experience supporting courts/justice clients across State and Local Government
Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, including data mapping, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation.
Experience managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to document processes, track issues, and provide clear status updates to project leadership.
Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Some travel may be required during peak client times.
