Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of activated clients, building strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
Ensure clients adopt Klar’s products (credit lines, bank accounts, payments, etc.), actively use them, and realize their full value—translating into revenue growth for both clients and Klar.
Monitor account health and engagement signals, proactively addressing risks and executing retention playbooks to reduce churn.
Identify opportunities to expand product usage (e.g., higher credit lines, new financial solutions), collaborating with Product and Growth to deliver tailored offers.
Work closely with Risk, Product, Operations, and Revenue teams to solve client issues quickly and provide structured feedback for product and process improvements.
Own clear KPIs such as portfolio growth, product usage, revenue per client, retention rates, and NPS.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
Strong understanding of financial products and services (e.g., payments, lending, KYC).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
