Role Overview
- Create and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan
- Define quality objectives, KPIs, and audit schedules
- Conduct audits (process audits, work product audits)
- Perform compliance checks against ASPICE, IATF, and internal standards
- Monitor non-conformances, track corrective actions
- Prepare and present monthly quality status reports
- Collaborate with Process Owners for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong understanding of IATF 16949 and ASPICE frameworks
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Agile/SAFe methodologies
- Expertise in audit planning and execution (process and product audits)
- Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, and core quality tools
- Ability to interpret and apply industry standards to project environments
- Understanding of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity is a plus
- BE/BTech/ME/MTech preferred
