Define and deliver targeted capability plans, informed by data, business needs, and performance outcomes.
Develop and present compelling business cases for learning solutions, demonstrating measurable impact and value.
Build strong, collaborative relationships across stakeholders, enabling effective delivery and removing barriers to success.
Manage and continuously improve the learning portfolio to ensure relevance, efficiency, and impact.
Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
Drive the implementation of learning technologies, including LMS solutions.
Oversee the design and delivery of learning programmes for employees and external partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, learning & development, organizational development, business administration, education or related field
Experience shaping and delivering learning or capability strategies in complex, global organisations
Strong critical thinking and commercial awareness
Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable capability plans
Strong project management and execution capability
Experience working closely with senior partners and influencing at leadership level
Strong understanding of skills frameworks, workforce planning or capability development
Confident using data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact
Deep technical skills required in developing and executing a wide range of learning offers for core employee populations as well as distributors
Good understanding of the lubricants manufacturing business,(blending, formulation, plant operations, quality), and safe, compliant manufacturing with the ability to use this knowledge into developing and executing a wide range of learning offers for employees and distributors.
Desirable: Experience in FMCG or similarly fast-paced environments
Exposure to learning technologies and LMS implementation
Experience working with external vendors and partners
Strong collaboration, adaptability and ability to work in evolving environments.
