Role Overview
Act as a key strategic partner for field leaders, advisors, and product partners in the channel.
Drive advice growth through virtual and in-person interactions with advisors and field & corporate leaders.
Ensure that key messaging is conveyed through defined advisor & leader meetings & communications.
Drive execution of advice projects with excellence in quality, timeliness and compliance.
Partner with key support and resources including training, product, tool, & HNW SME resources, corporate communications, ABDG, WMS, RiverSource, and other critical groups.
Partner effectively with field leaders, advisors and field staff to identify needs and issues, identify resources and implement solutions.
Drive the creation and execution of the channel plan and ensure understanding of the plan by field leaders and other key stakeholders.
Engage Experienced Advisor Recruits (EAR) and field leaders in goal-based advice.
Support advice growth through field presentation opportunities, as part of field events, as well as advisor and prospect field events.
Requirements
7-10 years of experience working in a broker/dealer
Deep expertise of financial advice
Experience participating in advisor and field leader meetings
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate advisors, field leaders and field staff
Ability to identify data trends and articulate solutions
Executive presence with ability to deliver meaningful messages
