Project Quality Leader

Role Overview

• Analyze the project contract in terms of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)
• Provide the contract's QA/QC requirements to the project team
• Define project-specific processes and documents
• Issue the project quality plan and inspection/test plan
• Support and monitor adherence to the project's processes and tools
• Coordinate and lead project risk mitigation
• Prepare and coordinate quality inspections
• Manage the preparation and delivery of the Databook
• Support the Project Director in analyzing and managing non-quality costs
• Obtain customer approval for corrective action plans for non-conformities
• Ensure personnel qualification & tool maintenance
• Conduct on-site process audits

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Quality or Project Management in an international environment
• Master's degree (Engineer) in Mechanical Engineering or Materials
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems
• Understanding of project fundamentals
• Fluent in English and French, with a third language preferred (ideally German or Spanish)
• Strong attention to compliance and EHS
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams
