About this role
Role Overview
- Provide guidance and advice on matters related to the corporate lifecycle: major corporate transactions, conversions, changes of manager, transfer of registered office, universal transfer of assets and liabilities (TUP), etc.
- Restructurings: mergers, demergers (spin-offs), full or partial asset contributions and transfers
- Commercial and professional lease agreements
- Transfer/sale of client portfolios (e.g., medical practice clientele)
- Ongoing monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments
- Provide technical support to our audit and accounting teams
- Ensure approval of annual financial statements
Requirements
- Advanced law degree (Master’s level or equivalent) with a specialization in business/corporate law
- Significant experience in a law firm or an accounting/audit firm
- Knowledge of tax law is a plus
