About this role

Ensure new power module devices meet reliability and quality standards
Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams for joint-qualification design and Reliability Tests Planning
Design experiments to validate reliability targets
Evaluate risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Co-lead reliability test planning and progress monitoring at both IC and module level
Drive root cause analysis for reliability-related failure cases
Maintain Reliability database infrastructure to enable efficient QA communications
Analyze reliability data using statistical tools and present findings

Master's or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering
5+ years specializing in reliability testing and qualification of IC device and package to AEC/JEDEC standards
Proficiency in statistical analysis such as JMP/Weibull, and advanced failure analysis tools such as SEM, CSAM, Xray, OBIRCH/TIVA
Strong understanding of semiconductor device structures and physics especially in SiC and GaN
Experience in supporting customers
Experience with AI data center power supply architectures is a plus
