Performs creative and graphic design tasks to deliver a range of outputs that effectively convey a message and capture the attention of our intended audiences.
Uses a broad mix of design software and technology to create online and offline designs including: digital layouts, web graphics, video, UX, 3D, proposals and other collateral.
Acts as a brand ambassador for the AECOM brand and its usage.
Establishes relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Reviews the visual layouts of other less experienced team members and has the ability to manage visual challenges and stakeholders.
Manages multiple projects simultaneously and meets project deadlines.
Coaches entry level designers.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Demonstrable graphic design skills and expertise, with a strong portfolio (examples showing experience in the Architectural/Engineering & Construction industry highly desirable).
Thorough understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (emphasis on PowerPoint and Word).
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
