About this role
Role Overview
- Prepare, cook, and present food to required standards
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations
- Day-to-day running of the location and team supervision
- Main point of contact for client at the school
- Monitor KPIs and financial targets with line manager
- Support and train team members for optimal performance
Requirements
- Experience in catering or food service management
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations
- Ability to prepare and present food to required standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience supervising teams and managing budgets
- Must be able to work term-time only (190 days a year, Monday – Friday)
