Own and drive the monthly actuals consolidation for Global Procurement (across all regions and categories – Direct, Indirect & Logistics), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery across regions and categories.
Coordinate inputs from regional procurement finance teams and perform global consolidation of results, including validation, variance analysis, and issue resolution.
Play a leading role in quarterly forecasts, annual budget, and long-range planning cycles for Procurement Finance; facilitate and coordinate the end-to-end (E2E) process in collaboration with regional finance teams.
Prepare and analyze key procurement financial metrics, including savings, PPV, inflation/deflation impacts, and other cost drivers.
Build high-quality financial analyses and management-ready materials that translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
Support preparation of leadership reviews, ensuring robustness of data points, clarity of message, and fact-based recommendations.
Act as a key finance business partner to regional procurement finance teams, fostering strong collaboration, trust, and consistency of outputs.
Serve as a point of coordination between global procurement, regional finance, and other central finance teams to ensure aligned deliverables.
Contribute to the standardization, simplification, and documentation of global procurement finance processes.
Leverage data, systems, and analytical tools to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability of reporting and analysis.
Actively support broader finance transformation and automation initiatives that impact our team processes and ways of working.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Solid finance experience, ideally with a Supply Chain Finance or Procurement Finance background.
Fluency in English.
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with high proficiency in Excel and other data/analytics tools and software (Knime, Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
Financial mindset with a global perspective, experience in finance-related projects, and an understanding of end-to-end value creation.
Continuous improvement mindset, with demonstrated ability to simplify processes, standardize ways of working across regions, and drive efficiency.
Ability to engage and coordinate regional teams without direct reporting lines, effectively navigating a matrixed organization.
Strong business partnering skills, balancing constructive challenge with stakeholder management to influence decisions across functions.
