Manager, Supply Chain Programs

Role Overview

• Enable end-to-end supply chain program execution across complex initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex supply chain initiatives
• Drive alignment and execution across teams to deliver project objectives
• Develop processes for clear visibility into portfolio status
• Collaborate with various departments for effective portfolio delivery

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; a technical degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management is preferred
• 6 to 8 years of relevant business experience
• Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Product Management, Supply Chain disciplines, or R&D
• Proven experience managing complex projects within a cross-functional environment
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience in large-scale program management and PMO frameworks
• Proven ability to build alignment and influence without authority
• Strong communication skills for executive presentations
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments
