Ensuring learning strategies are aligned with commercial business plans
Conducting regular in-field customer interactions with the sales team to drive clinical best practice
Creating and executing development plans for existing Field Sales Trainers to enhance capability and succession planning

Degree qualified, with minimum 3+ years’ commercial education or related experience, medical devices experience is highly regarded
Formal training in Instructional Design, with minimum of 2 years’ curriculum design and training facilitation experience in a corporate setting
Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), strategic planning, conducting needs assessments and adult learning principles
Demonstrated skill in managing vendor resources and the ability to effectively communicate strategy and standards across various commercial teams
Highly collaborative with outstanding communication and presentation skills, and the ability to travel domestically
