Develop and maintain referral relationships with loan officers, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, financial professionals, and other centers of influence
Generate and close new personal lines insurance opportunities, including home, auto, umbrella, renters, and related coverages
Build a strong community presence through networking events, industry partnerships, and strategic outreach
Identify client insurance needs and provide customized coverage solutions
Maintain consistent pipeline activity and achieve established sales goals
Collaborate with internal account management and service teams to ensure an excellent client experience
Requirements
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong drive to generate new business
Experience in insurance sales, mortgage lending, banking, real estate, or outside sales preferred
Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain
Existing relationships within the San Antonio real estate, mortgage, banking, or professional community are a plus
