serve as the organization’s primary point of contact on all litigation, disputes, and legal proceedings

8+ years of legal experience
meaningful prior in-house experience
law firm background in corporate, commercial, or technology transactions welcomed
J.D. from an accredited law school
active bar membership in good standing
solid working knowledge of corporate law, including M&A and commercial contracts
hands-on experience building or operating contract lifecycle management processes
working knowledge of legal management platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
strong written and verbal communication skills
demonstrated ability to operate autonomously
