Support and maintain Linux-based infrastructure environments
Gain hands-on exposure to Kubernetes, automation, networking, virtualization, and production operations
Contribute to the reliability, performance, and scalability of systems
Assist with virtualization platforms, server maintenance, patching activities, monitoring, and hybrid infrastructure operations
Gain hands-on exposure to production Kubernetes environments
Contribute to automation initiatives by writing and maintaining scripts
Assist with troubleshooting networking and infrastructure issues
Participate in operational support activities, incident response rotations, change management processes, and disaster recovery testing
Work closely with Infrastructure, DevOps, Networking, and Engineering teams to support day-to-day operations and solve technical challenges
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, Production Operations, or a similar environment
Strong Linux fundamentals
Exposure to virtualization technologies
Foundational understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
Eager to deepen knowledge of infrastructure engineering, automation, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
Worked with containers such as Docker
Exposure to scripting or automation using Python or similar languages
Comfortable working closely with distributed teams across North America
Organized, dependable, and comfortable supporting production environments
Reliable high-speed internet connection, dedicated home office or workspace, and ability to work overnight hours aligned to Eastern Standard Time business operations.
