Role Overview
- Acts as an authorized agent of the company managing supplier-related activities
- Manages employees from multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines
- Develops and executes project and process plans
- Acquires resources for projects and processes and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience)
- More than 3 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
- More than 3 years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance
- More than 3 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
