Develops, implements, and maintains digital platforms, dashboards, and communication channels to support the Safety Experience and Promotion team
Creates, maintains, and distributes training materials, promotional content, and digital assets to support ongoing safety education and awareness efforts
Collects, analyzes, and reports data to provide insights and recommendations that enhance safety programs and stakeholder engagement
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to support project planning, execution, and continuous improvement activities
Coordinates meetings, communications, and feedback collection to ensure alignment and effective information flow among stakeholders
Supports special projects and initiatives assigned, contributing to the overall success of the Safety Experience and Promotion team
Supports the management of SMS training requirements including development and procurement as necessary

Level 3: 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Level 4: 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience managing complex projects
3+ years supporting cross-functional teams
3+ years of experience identifying and communicating business requirements with cross-functional and/or cross-business teams
3+ years of experience leading teams and/or leading initiatives
3+ years of experience working directly with executives or senior leaders
