About this role
Role Overview
Initiate, manage, track, and complete HR Service cases, using our case management system
Partner with HR CoEs (Total Rewards, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HRIS), to deliver a seamless customer experience
Ensure timely and accurate request resolution
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, team goals and performance metrics
Support a variety of HR processes, including: New hire onboarding and I-9 processing, Employee data management in HR systems, Benefits program and Open Enrollment questions, Policy and document management, Timekeeping and PTO support, Reimbursement program inquiries and processing, Offboarding processing
Requirements
3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in a shared services or service center environment
Experience working with HR systems (Workday is a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (preferred)
Fluency in Portuguese and English (required)
Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws is a plus
