- Lead and optimize core business operations for efficiency and performance
- Manage expense planning in alignment with product roadmaps
- Drive headcount planning and execution with HR and Finance
- Assess and enhance operational processes for effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution through leadership and innovation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
