About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate alignment of communication journeys with the company's main requesting areas, ensuring a clear understanding of needs and greater efficiency in communication execution;
Lead alignment meetings with Business Units (BUs), interfacing among stakeholders for planning, execution, monitoring, and control of communications;
Ensure adherence to processes related to communication requests, maintaining organization, standardization, and quality of deliverables;
Monitor metrics and KPIs related to message sends and the dissemination of communications, proposing continuous improvements to optimize results;
Develop strategies to reduce send volume, optimize the use of higher-cost channels, and decrease contact rate;
Ensure agreed deadlines are met and the quality of deliverables produced by areas involved in communications;
Supervise, coach, and guide the team, overseeing activity execution and promoting high operational performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields;
Experience with communication journeys and management of marketing channels;
Knowledge of process mapping and optimization;
Experience monitoring and analyzing communication KPIs and metrics;
Knowledge of business requirements analysis, project planning, and project tracking;
Analytical ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data to support strategic decision-making;
Experience preparing, reviewing, and presenting management reports;
Skills in change management and monitoring project performance;
Excellent verbal and written communication, with ease interacting across different areas;
Organized profile with strong planning, prioritization, and demand-management skills;
Interest in continuous learning and process improvement.
