Supports an accounting or transactional process (Accounting, A/P, A/R, Credit, or Payroll)
Assists in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Prepares the reconciliations of accounts and transactions to identify discrepancies and ensure the integrity of financial data
Prepares financial data and reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and operational efficiency
Supports the month-end and year-end closing processes by gathering necessary documentation and preparing journal entries

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, and certifications required
Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
Customer service focused, developing relationships by listening and understanding the customer
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI or Tableau, Python or SQL, and AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making a plus
Oracle experience preferred: FCCS, ARCS, Fusion
