Own the Microsoft partnership end-to-end — from co-sell readiness to executive alignment — to establish Microsoft as a measurable growth lever for ShareGate in FY27;
Drive co-sell motions with Microsoft field teams to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate active deals toward closed revenue;
Activate and optimize Microsoft programs (MACC, Marketplace, MDF, ISV Success) to grow Marketplace transactions and maximize commercial impact;
Build and execute joint go-to-market initiatives with marketing — campaigns, field events, and co-branded plays — to drive Microsoft-influenced pipeline;
Expand ShareGate's presence across Microsoft's partner ecosystem (CSPs, MSPs, SIs) to grow attach rates and increase Migrate → Protect bundle adoption;
Act as the internal authority on Microsoft's priorities and AI-driven partner motion, translating ecosystem shifts into actionable strategies that keep ShareGate ahead;
Track and report on partnership performance — co-sell pipeline, revenue influence, and Marketplace metrics — to give leadership a clear view of impact and inform investment decisions.
Requirements
10+ years of experience within Microsoft’s partner ecosystem;
Strong knowledge of co-sell models and Microsoft marketplace dynamics;
Deep understanding of MACC agreements and partner programs;
Established network within Microsoft (field, PDMs, partner teams, executives);
Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships;
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills;
Action-oriented mindset with comfort in ambiguity;
