Successfully onboard new clients on to the Equinox Corporate / Law Firm IP Management System platform
Lead client onboarding journeys from contract signature through successful go-live
Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding phases
Develop onboarding schedule and timelines
Conduct discovery sessions with Clients to assess their requirements for being onboarded onto the system
Deliver product training sessions to end users
Configure technical solutions to meet client requirements
Become an expert in our flagship Intellectual Property Management System; Equinox Corporate / Law Firm
Work both independently and as part of a team on a range of onboarding projects
Work closely with clients to ensure a successful system implementation
Work to regular client deadlines & internal deadlines
Carry out ad hoc system configuration tasks and trainings for existing clients
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless client experience

Self-motivated, technically minded, pro-active and an excellent communicator
Excellent attention to detail

Fluency in English AND French or German; Spanish would be good to have as well
An excellent ability to manage time and work to deadlines
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Project Management tools, communication tools
Good organization skills
