Oversee billing productivity, accuracy, and turnaround times

Act as a key point of contact for complex issues

Build and maintain strong relationships with physician clients (virtual and in-person)

Proven experience managing and developing teams in an operations or service environment
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to operational direction
Clear communicator who builds trust and maintains strong working relationships
Ability to navigate complex situations and support effective resolution
Experience working with clients in account, service, or partnership roles
Well-organized, dependable, and able to manage priorities independently
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, including regular in-person client meetings
Based within commuting distance of North Vancouver or Duncan
