About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for Core node availability a 99.99%
- Need expertise with Nokia MSC, MGW, HLR and VOLTE core nodes.
- Should have experience in handling Operation and maintenance for MSS, GCS, HLR, HSS, IMS from Nokia nodes.
- Customer complaint analysis and resolution within TAT
- Handling planned activity for core nodes
- Coordination with other operator for augmentation, customer complaint trouble shooting,
- Handling New node integration and co-ordination with vendor for projects and critical trouble tickets.
- Handling Network security audit related to Core devices.
- Support to other function like RA, Corporate, marketing, CS team by providing MIS, analysis etc.,
- Raising CR for all changes with respect to Core – Voice and Data nodes.
Requirements
- Strong Knowledge in Core protocols like MAP, BICC, SIP, Diameter protocols
- Strong understanding on core node architecture
- 4G network, IMS network, etc.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good communication skills
- Linux, SQL, MS Access, python scripting will be added advantage
- B.E / B.Tech/ Experience – 5-7 Years.
