Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
Substantive experience in product management, systems, or application engineering within power systems, protection and control, or substation automation
Deep working knowledge of protection and control relays and digital substation technologies
Ability to communicate in English, negotiating and presenting technical visions to diverse audiences
Experience navigating Agile methodologies and modern product development lifecycles
Familiarity with GE Vernova Grid Automation products or competitive solutions, particularly for Distribution and Industrial sectors
Knowledge of industry standards such as IEC 61850, IEC 61508, DNP3, Modbus, and essential cybersecurity protocols
Experience contributing to the industry through technical papers, journal articles, or conference presentations
