Senior Manager, Accounting

Role Overview

• Oversee and lead the end-to-end general ledger (GL) function
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant monthly and quarterly close for the Price business unit
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of accounting professionals
• Oversee the calculation and continuous improvement of key metrics and reserves
• Drive process optimization and standardization initiatives
• Partner with the Enterprise Workday team to drive process transformation
• Manage the external audit and be the key contact to the external audit team
• Provide training, support, and development opportunities to team members
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in public accounting (big 4 preferred)
• CPA required
• Proficiency in accounting software (Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Proven experience in accounting management
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, operational accounting, and internal controls
• Advanced leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
