lead the definition and optimization of assembly and pre-assembly sequences for engines
ensure feasibility and efficiency of assembly operations by studying accessibility of assembly areas and tooling
identify and prevent collision risks between components, installations, and tools for smooth production operations
participate in engine assembly activities to gain knowledge of production techniques and relay improvement requests
translate analyses into recommendations and high value-added technical reports
contribute to continuous improvement of production methods and deployment of new industrial management tools
carry out strategic studies and provide analyses to support management decision-making
collaborate with production teams in conducting tests on assembly lines and validate analyses against production conditions

Engineering degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
2 to 3 years of experience in mechanical design or simulation
fluent in English and good level of French; German knowledge is an asset
proficient in MS Office, basic knowledge of Pro/Engineer – CREO and ideally Teamcenter Visual Mockup
passionate about technology with interest in Diesel engines and complex industrial environments
demonstrate flexibility, agility, responsibility, positive mindset, openness to change, and strong communication skills
